Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile apps published by INNERSANCTUMTECH LLC, including Geometria Sacra (the "Apps"), and the website innersanctum.tech (the "Site"). By downloading or using the Apps or Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the usage rules of the store you downloaded from (Apple's App Store or Google Play).
Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Apps or their content, or use them in any unlawful way.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms. Refund requests are handled by the store where you made the purchase.
Content and intellectual property
The Apps, the Site and their content, including text, images, design and the Innersanctum Tech name, belong to INNERSANCTUMTECH LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Sacred geometry forms themselves are traditional and in the public domain; our specific artwork, presentation and descriptions are not.
Not professional advice
Our Apps are for relaxation, reflection and personal enjoyment. They are not medical, psychological or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for professional care.
Third-party services
The Apps may show ads or rely on services provided by third parties, such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, which are governed by their own terms.
Disclaimer
The Apps and Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INNERSANCTUMTECH LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps or Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded an App from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and INNERSANCTUMTECH LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.
Privacy
Your use of the Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time; the new version takes effect when posted on this page. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
