How do I remove ads in Geometria Sacra?
Tap the info icon on the splash screen or during playback, then tap "Remove Ads". It is a one-time purchase that permanently removes all banner ads.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open the info panel and tap "Restore Purchase". Your ad-free upgrade is restored automatically when you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it.
The app is not playing audio.
Check that your iPhone is not in Silent Mode and that the in-app speaker icon in the bottom-left corner is not muted.
How do I change the language?
Use the language toggle in the top-left corner to switch between English and Portuguese.
Is Geometria Sacra available on Android?
Not yet. The Android version is in development and will be published on Google Play.
What data do your apps collect?
Our apps do not require an account and do not collect your name, email or location. The free version of Geometria Sacra shows ads from Google AdMob, which may collect device and advertising data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
